Directorate change

Visum Technologies Plc (AQSE: VIS), a video technology company focused on the global leisure market, announces that Mike Stilwell, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board that his time commitments with his other corporate role are now such that he is unable to continue in his part-time executive director position with the Company. Mike will remain as a Director of the Company until 31 October 2022. The search for a replacement has already commenced.

Andy Edge, Non-Executive Chairman of Visum, commented: "Mike leaves with our thanks and best wishes. The Board and management team have enjoyed working with Mike and we wish to express our gratitude for his contribution to the Company over the past year."
