Virgin Money UK PLC announced that on 28 December 2023, it purchased 281,356 of its ordinary shares for cancellation through Goldman Sachs International, across the London Stock Exchange, Chi-X Europe, and BATS Europe. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from £1.6385 to £1.6535 as part of its ongoing share buyback programme, bringing the aggregate total purchased under the Buyback to 22,441,445 ordinary shares and CDIs, resulting in 1,313,588,681 ordinary shares in issue.
