Virgin Money UK PLC purchased 396,611 of its ordinary shares on 12 January 2024 via its broker Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange, Chi-X Europe, and BATS Europe. The shares, bought at prices ranging from £1.5460 to £1.5695, will be cancelled as part of its share buyback programme aiming to repurchase up to £150 million. This transaction brings the total shares bought back under the program to 27,957,575, resulting in 1,308,072,551 ordinary shares remaining in issue after settlement.
