Virgin Money UK PLC announced that on 19 January 2024, it purchased a total of 425,284 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, Chi-X Europe, and BATS Europe through its broker Goldman Sachs International, with prices ranging from £1.4705 to £1.4950 per share. These repurchased shares will be cancelled and form part of a share buyback program targeting up to £150 million, bringing the total shares and CDIs bought back to 29,818,486, resulting in a total of 1,306,211,640 ordinary shares in issue.
