Virgin Money UK PLC announced on March 4, 2024, that on March 1, 2024, it purchased a total of 432,108 of its ordinary shares across the London Stock Exchange, Chi-X Europe, and BATS Europe through Goldman Sachs International. These purchases, made at prices ranging from £1.5640 to £1.5925, form part of its £150 million share buyback program. The repurchased shares will be cancelled, bringing the total shares bought back under the program to 39,642,884 and leaving 1,296,387,242 ordinary shares in issue.
