Virgin Money UK PLC purchased 353,637 ordinary shares and no CHESS Depositary Interests on 04 March 2024 through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange, Chi-X Europe, and BATS Europe. These shares were acquired at prices ranging from £1.5535 to £1.5895, forming part of a buyback programme that has now repurchased 39,996,521 aggregate shares and CDIs. The repurchased ordinary shares will be cancelled, resulting in 1,296,033,605 ordinary shares remaining in issue.
