Virgin Money UK PLC purchased a total of 377,662 ordinary shares on 05 March 2024 through its broker Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange, Chi-X Europe, and BATS Europe. These shares, bought at prices ranging from £1.5425 to £1.5740, will be cancelled as part of the Company's share buyback programme, bringing the total repurchased under the programme to 40,374,183 ordinary shares and CDIs. Following cancellation, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 1,295,655,943.
