Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 30 July 2021, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 222,295,745 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.
The increase from 222,293,691 Ordinary 50p shares on 30 July 2021 is due to the issue of 2,054 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
Vistry Group PLC does not hold any shares in Treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Vistry Group PLC reported on 31 August 2021 that its capital consists of 222,295,745 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights. This figure represents an increase of 2,054 shares from 222,293,691 on 30 July 2021, due to the issue of shares to satisfy the exercise of share options. Vistry Group PLC confirmed it holds no shares in Treasury.
