Vistry Group PLC- Board changes
Michael Stansfield has advised the Board of Vistry Group PLC ("Vistry") that he wishes to resign as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 30 September 2021.
Ian Tyler, Chairman, said "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Mike for his valuable contribution to Vistry since he became a Director in November 2017. He has added significantly to the operational capability of the Board in this period."
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11R(1).
