In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 29 October 2021, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 222,306,264 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.
The increase from 222,298,844 Ordinary 50p shares on 29 October 2021 is due to the issue of 7,420 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.
