Update on Publishing Annual Financial Results
Wildcat Petroleum Plc ("WCAT") a company targeting investment opportunities in businesses and assets within the upstream sector of the petroleum industry refers to its announcement at 7:00 a.m and 8:07 a.m today (RNS Number: 8611F and 8738F) regarding the publication of the Annual Financial Results. The Company is pleased to announce that the Annual Financial Results are available on the Company's website and whilst these were also uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM"), the NSM have not been able to publish these results yet.
The Company is liaising with the FCA regarding the status of the current suspension. The Company shall make a regulatory news announcement once it has further information.
