Weir Group PLC announced on 2 September 2022 that its Chair, Barbara Jeremiah, will assume new roles at Senior plc. Jeremiah, who was appointed as a Non-Executive Director to Senior plc's Board on 1 January 2022, is to become the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of its Remuneration Committee at the conclusion of Senior plc's Annual General Meeting in April 2023.
