WH Ireland Group Plc held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30 September 2025 and announced the detailed voting results for its resolutions. For Ordinary Resolutions 1 and 3, 77,721,038 votes (97.36%) were cast in favour and 2,106,712 votes (2.64%) against.
