Vivienne has played an important role in the Company's recent transformation, particularly in supporting the Company's corporate strategy and the execution of the recent divestment of Pain Away. We are pleased that Vivienne will continue to support the Company as a consultant during the transition period, ensuring an orderly handover to Joe. The Board and management team wish Vivienne every success in her future endeavours.

We are also pleased to welcome Joe to Wellnex. His extensive accounting and finance experience, including his experience with ASX-listed companies, will be valuable as Wellnex enters its next phase.
