In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.8R, the Company announces that Robert Moorhead, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Greggs PLC with effect from 1 October 2025. Robert will become Chair of the Audit Committee and join the Nominations and Remuneration Committees of Greggs PLC.
