Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. ("Wheaton") makes the following announcement regarding its persons discharging managerial responsibilities. The Company has issued 24,905 common shares of no par value pursuant to the exercise by eligible employees of vested long-term incentive plan grants (together, the "Shares"). All of the Shares are quoted on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange and, in London, an application for admission of these Shares to the Official List (Standard Segment) of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange will be made as soon as possible with a further announcement to be made in due course once the application is submitted.
