Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 2 July 2026 (the "2032 Notes Final Terms") relating to the issue by Imperial Brands Finance PLC of U.S.$750,000,000 4.875 per cent. Notes due 7 February 2032 (the "2032 Notes") irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Imperial Brands PLC under the €15,000,000,000 Debt Issuance Programme (the "Programme") established by Imperial Brands Finance PLC; and

Final Terms dated 2 July 2026 (the "2036 Notes Final Terms" and, together with the 2032 Notes Final Terms, the "Final Terms") relating to the issue by Imperial Brands Finance PLC of U.S.$750,000,000 5.500 per cent. Notes due 7 July 2036 (the "2036 Notes" and, together with the 2032 Notes, the "Notes") irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by Imperial Brands PLC under the Programme.

Each Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the prospectus in respect of the Programme dated 23 January 2026 including all documents incorporated by reference and the supplement to it dated 12 June 2026 (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market sourcebook. Full information on Imperial Brands Finance PLC, and in respect of the offer of the Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of the relevant Notes.
