Principality Building Society announces departure of Non-Executive Director
Principality Building Society announces that Shimi Shah is stepping down as Non-Executive Director. Her final day in role will be effective 17th April 2026.
Joining in May 2023, Shimi has served as a dedicated member of our Board, contributing as a member of several committees including Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Governance and Nominations Committee. Her departure marks the completion of her three-year term.
Principality thanks Shimi for her ongoing commitment during her tenure and we wish her every success in the future.
