Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Bonds that the Issuer has appointed Ms Danielle James as the Executive Director of Finance of Onward Homes on a permanent basis. Ms James will take up the role on 1^st April.

Jackie Carter will also be appointed as Executive Director - People, effective from the 1^st April. Jackie is currently People Director, a role she has held since 2017.
