Zenova Product Specified For Use In Modular Eco-Homes

Zenova Group PLC (AIM: ZED), a provider of innovative fire safety and heat management
technology and products, is pleased to announce that its Zenova IR thermal insulation
render has been specified by KC Cabins Solutions Ltd ("KC Cabins") for use in the
constructions of its modular eco-homes.

KC Cabins specialises in providing high quality, energy efficient, modular, and portable
buildings, cabins, and units for both residential and commercial use. It will be using Zenova
IR thermal insulation render to provide enhanced insulation on its new modular eco-home
range of buildings.  Zenova has reached agreement with KC cabins to supply render sufficient to  insulate 250 eco-homes amounting to in total 50,000 litres of Zenova IR.

Commenting on the news, Tony Crawley, Chief Executive of Zenova Group PLC said: "KC
Cabins specifying Zenova IR thermal insulation render for use on its modular-eco homes is an
exciting and significant development for Zenova.

"As well as showing the opportunity Zenova has in yet another sector and application, the
modular and prefabricated housing sector is a large and growing market, including in the UK
where many see it as part of the solution to the housing crisis we currently face.

"Where Zenova IR thermal insulation render benefits the modular and prefabricated building
sector is that it helps address the challenge of ensuring adequate insulation in buildings
where space and cost are limiting factors; something traditional insulation materials often
struggle to achieve. Zenova IR thermal insulation render also provides a decorative finish and
improved fire ratings, which are additional factors that KC Cabins have recognised.

"We look forward to working with KC Cabins going forward as they pave the way in using
Zenova's innovative products in this important, growing sector."

About Zenova Group PLC:

The Group, through Zenova Ltd, is the holder of intellectual property that underpins a suite of fire safety and temperature management products and technology. The product range is applicable to industrial, commercial, and residential markets. The Group's products include fire retardant paints, insulating paints and render, fire extinguishing fluid and applications. Through innovative development, and a refined formulation and development process, Zenova provides industry leading solutions across a range of fire protection and temperature management problems, comprising:

Zenova FP

A water-based fire-protection paint that prevents ignition and spread of fire. It can be used in commercial, industrial, and domestic applications on variety of materials, from wood to metal.

Zenova FX

Patent pending fire extinguisher filled with proprietary Zenova Fluid (Zenova FXB) that extinguishes all types of fires, reduces chances of re-ignition, works in cold (-15 ̊C) conditions, is non-toxic and does not produce harmful by-products.

Zenova IP

Thermal insulation paint that creates a thermal barrier, provides thermal reflection of sunrays and infrared radiation, anti-condensation, and anti-mould properties. It can be applied to virtually any exterior or interior material, regardless of the surface.

Zenova IR

Thermal insulation render to enhance the effectiveness of insulation by creating a thermo shield. It fills all cavities and gaps regardless of geometric shape and creates a vacuum - the most effective insulator.

Zenova CS

Patent pending next generation ceiling sprinkler filled with proprietary Zenova Fluid (Zenova FXB) that removes the need to install large fluid tanks, piping, complicated equipment, and software. This sprinkler could be installed in the kitchen.

The Group has achieved this without compromising the sustainability of natural and economical resources, including personal health and safety, with ecologically sound products.
