AIB Group plc announced on 19 October 2026 that it purchased a total of 2,097,132 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.625 each, at prices ranging from EUR 10.74 to EUR 11.00, between 12 October 2026 and 16 October 2026 through Morgan Stanley & Co International plc on Euronext Dublin. These purchases are part of the Company's €1.0 billion share buyback programme, announced on 4 March 2026, and the repurchased shares will be cancelled, resulting in 2,058,850,426 ordinary shares in issue.

AIB Group plc ("AIB" or the "Company") announces that from 12 October 2026 to 16 October 2026 it purchased a total of 2,097,132 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.625 each ("Ordinary Shares") on Euronext Dublin through Morgan Stanley & Co International plc ("Morgan Stanley"), as detailed below. The purchases form part of the Company's €1.0 billion share buyback programme announced on 4 March 2026. The repurchased shares will be cancelled.

Following cancellation of the repurchased shares above, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue shall be 2,058,850,426, each carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds nil Ordinary Shares in treasury.
