Further to the confirmation of its intention to implement a share buyback programme, as set out in its announcement on 9 September 2026, Achilles Investment Company Limited (the “Company”) announces that it has purchased the following ordinary shares of no par value each (“Ordinary Shares”) through Singer Capital Markets:

Total voting rights

Following these purchases, the Company's total issued share capital will consist of 54,000,000 Ordinary Shares each of which 1,020,000 Ordinary Shares will be held in treasury, therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights is 52,980,000. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
