Blackbird plc announced that all nine resolutions were passed at its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on June 10, 2026. Shareholders approved the company's annual reports and accounts for the year ended December 31, 2025 (99.80% for) and the directors' remuneration (93.98% for). Additionally, Directors Ian McDonough, Stephen White, Stephen Streater, Youri Hazanov, and Nicholas Lisher were reappointed with individual approval percentages ranging from 92.66% to 98.83%, and resolutions to renew the authority to allot shares (99.09% for) and disapply pre-emption rights (98.62% for) also passed.
