On March 10, 2025, Kate Thomson acquired 5 ordinary shares at £4.1345 per share, totalling £20.67, through the BP ShareMatch UK Plan. On the same date, Julia Emanuele acquired 90 ordinary shares at £4.1345 per share, totalling £372.11, also via the BP ShareMatch UK Plan.
