TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
Close Brothers Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 13 March 2023 it transferred 4,760 ordinary shares of 25 pence each from treasury to participants in its employee share plans. The transfer price was 794 pence. Following the transfer of these shares, the Company holds 1,691,481 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 150,368,809 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
