STERLING EQUIVALENT OF FINAL DIVIDEND
The Company announced on 25 November 2025 that it had declared a final dividend of 43.3 US cents per ordinary share payable on 26 February 2026.
The Company, today, announces that the Sterling equivalent of the final dividend is 31.75 pence per ordinary share based on an exchange rate of US$1=£0.7333.
The US$:£ conversion rate was determined by the actual rates achieved by the Company buying forward contracts for Sterling currency, during the five working days preceding this announcement, for delivery ahead of the dividend payment date on 26 February 2026.
