Diageo plc (the "Company") announces that Melissa Bethell, non-executive director of the Company, is a non-executive director of another company that has today become a publicly quoted company.
Melissa Bethell was appointed as non-executive director of The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. ("TMICC") on 29 September 2025. TMICC has today announced its admission to trading on each of Euronext Amsterdam, the London Stock Exchange's main market and the New York Stock Exchange.
Melissa Bethell will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee and will also serve on the Audit Committee of TMICC, effective from 8 December 2025.
This notification has been made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R (2).

Diageo plc announced on 08 December 2025 that its non-executive director, Melissa Bethell, is also a non-executive director of The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. (TMICC), which today became a publicly quoted company. TMICC announced its admission to trading on Euronext Amsterdam, the London Stock Exchange, and the New York Stock Exchange on 08 December 2025. Melissa Bethell was appointed to TMICC's board on 29 September 2025 and assumed the role of Chair of its Remuneration Committee and a position on its Audit Committee, effective 08 December 2025.
