On 9 March 2026, Diageo plc released awards of Ordinary Shares and American Depositary Shares to four Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) under various incentive plans. Nik Jhangiani received 101,142 Ordinary Shares, Hannah Brooks 773 American Depositary Shares, Randall Ingber 15,597 Ordinary Shares, and Hina Nagarajan 3,063 Ordinary Shares, all at nil cost.
