On October 29, 2021, daVictus plc announced the appointment of its second franchisee for Havana Rolled Cigar Music Café. A franchise agreement was signed between daVictus' wholly-owned subsidiary, Havana Dining Limited, and Everest Consulting Co.,Ltd for a restaurant located in Bangkok, Thailand. Everest Consulting Co.,Ltd plans the official opening before the end of 2021, tentatively by December 1, 2021.

Appointment of second franchisee for Havana Rolled Cigar Music Café in Bangkok, Thailand
daVictus Plc (LON:DVT), is pleased to announce that it has appointed its second franchisee for Havana Rolled Cigar Music Café. As planned, the premium dining restaurant will be located in central business district of Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand.
Accordingly, the franchise agreement is signed between Havana Dining Limited, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Davictus PLC and Everest Consulting Co.,Ltd (Everest), a Thailand based food & beverage operator. Havana Rolled Cigar Music Café is also known as Havana Dining is a premium international dining concept that offers Cuban/Latin cuisines as well as international Western food and localised Cuban-fusion food.
Everest is planning the official opening of the restaurant before end of 2021, tentatively by 1st Dec 2021, upon technical approval from Havana Dining Limited.
