On February 21, 2022, daVictus plc announced the appointment of Shipleys LLP as the Company's external auditor with immediate effect. Appointment of auditor
daVictus ("DVT") is pleased to announce the appointment of Shipleys LLP as the Company's external auditor with effect from today's date.
Crowe UK LLP, the incumbent auditor, has confirmed to the Company that there are no circumstances connected with its resignation as auditor that should be brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company.
Malcolm Groat, Chair of Davictus's Audit Committee, said: "We would like to thank Crowe UK LLP for their many years of service as Davictus's auditor. We look forward to working with Shipleys LLP in the future."
