Publication of 2023 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting, and Final Dividend Dates
The Board of Eleco plc (AIM: ELCO), the specialist software provider for the built environment, announces that the Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31 December 2023 will be held at Cavendish's headquarters, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL on 4 June 2024 at 11:00 am.
Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to those shareholders who requested to receive them. The form of proxy has also been posted to all shareholders. A digital copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be made available for download from the Eleco plc website at www.eleco.com.
Final Dividend Date
Further to the announcement on 23 April 2024 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2023, the Company confirms, if Resolution 4 is approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the dates relevant to the payment of the final dividend are as follows:
