The Company was notified on 7 June 2023 that the following ordinary shares of 5p each were purchased on 6 June 2023 for Helen Gordon, Rob Hudson, Eliza Pattinson and Michael Keaveney, who are directors and/or persons discharging managerial responsibilities, in relation to the Grainger Employee Share Incentive Plan ("SIP").
