JSE Listing Requirements Trading Statement

In terms of paragraphs 6.26 to 6.30 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE ("Listings Requirements"), a company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it is reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by at least 20% from the published results for the prior comparative period.

Shareholders are accordingly advised that the Company is reasonably certain that for the six months ended 30 June 2026, earnings and headline earnings per share are expected to be between 1.0 and 1.1 cents per share, compared to a loss and headline loss per share of 6.1 cents per share in the prior comparative period.

The Company prepares its financial statements in accordance with IFRS, as adopted by the EU and, as an investment entity under IFRS 10, does not fully consolidate all entities within its corporate structure. Accordingly, given the nature of Greencoat's business and its financial reporting framework, a more appropriate performance measurement is net asset value per share and we refer investors to the Company's Net Asset Value and Dividend Announcement released on 29 July 2026 as disclosed on the Company's website www.greencoat-renewables.com

Therefore, the Company has resolved, in accordance with paragraph 6.27 of the Listings Requirements, to adopt net asset value per share as its key performance measure for trading statement purposes for the year ending 31 December 2026 and going forward.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company's auditors.
