Therefore, the total number of voting rights in iomart Group plc is 109,779,412.
The above figure of 109,779,412 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, iomart Group plc, under the Disclosures Guidance and Transparency Rules.
