In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company announces that Chris Kennedy, Group COO and CFO, will be joining the Board of Tesco PLC on 20 February 2025 as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee and Nominations and Governance Committee.
To comply with provision 15 of the UK Corporate Governance Code 2024, the Company confirms that Chris will step down from the Board of Whitbread PLC at the conclusion of their AGM in June 2025.
