JPMorgan India Growth & Income plc (the "Company") has today repurchased 10,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 858.144 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 35,160,688 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 44,634,817. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
