JPMorgan India Growth & Income plc (the "Company") has today repurchased 6,886 ordinary shares into Treasury at 823.887 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 35,255,774 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 44,539,731. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
