JPMorgan India Growth & Income plc (the "Company") has today repurchased 25,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 830.5616 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 35,886,568 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 43,908,937. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
