KEFI Gold and Copper plc (AIM: KEFI),the gold and copper exploration and development company with projects in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, was notified on 30 December 2021 by Mr. David Munro, the Company's Head of Operations and a PDMR, that he had transferred to a family member his entire direct holding in the Company of 4,464,583 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.77 pence per share.

Following the transfer, Mr. Munro's interest in the Company comprises a one third beneficial interest in Winchcombe Ventures Limited which owns 59,251,361 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.3% of the issued share capital of the Company
