Change of Auditor
The Company announces the appointment of MAH Chartered Accountants, which is a trading name of MAH Professional Services Limited as its new auditor with effect from 5 January 2024.
In accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, the previous auditor, PKF Littlejohn LLP, has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.

Keras Resources plc announced the appointment of MAH Chartered Accountants as its new auditor, effective from 5 January 2024.
