Notice of Annual General Meeting

Keras Resources plc (AIM: KRS) announces that its Annual General Meeting for 2024 will be held at The Fairmile, Portsmouth Road, Cobham, Surrey KT11 1BW, on Friday 26 July at 11.00am.

A copy of the notice convening the meeting will be made available to download from the Company's website today at https://kerasplc.com/results-and-reports/ and will also be posted today to shareholders who elected to receive a hard copy.

In addition, a personalised letter will be posted to all shareholders today giving information as to how to register proxy votes online for the Company's Annual General Meeting.
