MHP SE announced the appointment of Oscar Chemerinski as the new Chair of its Audit & Risk Committee on January 23, 2024. Mr. Chemerinski, who joined the Board in March 2023, takes over from John Grant, who served as Chair for 17 years. Mr. Grant will continue as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee until his expected retirement from the Board in summer 2024.

Appointment of a new Audit & Risk Committee Chair
MHP SE (LSE:MHPC), the parent company of a leading international agro-industrial group with headquarters in Ukraine, today announces the appointment of Oscar Chemerinski as its new Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.
Mr Chemerinski, who joined the Board in March 2023, is taking over from John Grant who has successfully served as the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee for the past 17 years. Mr Grant continues serving as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee until his expected retirement from the Board in summer 2024.
