Maven Renovar VCT PLC (the Company) announces that the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary Share as at 23 October 2025, after taking account of amounts receivable or chargeable to the Company's income account, was 67.03p, which is equivalent to 62.03p excluding the combined 5.00p value of the interim and special dividends to be paid on 14 November 2025.
