As a result, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital as at close of business on 13 October 2026 comprises 126,096,885 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, with each share carrying one voting right.
The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
