NCC Group plc announced that Lynn Fordham, an Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair Designate, and a member of the Nomination Committee of NewRiver REIT plc. These appointments became effective on 21 March 2024. Lynn Fordham will subsequently become Non-Executive Chair of the Board and Nomination Committee of NewRiver REIT plc on 30 May 2024.
