Admission of the Shares is expected on 30 January 2026.
The Shares are being issued in respect of elections to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme in respect of the interim dividend for the six months ended 30 September 2025.
The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
