Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 1 September 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 435,969,704 ordinary shares of one penny each with voting rights, of which 1,347,085 ordinary shares are held in the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT).

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 434,622,619.

The above figure of 434,622,619 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
