Ondo Insurtech (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that Mark Wood, Chairman of the Company, has on 8 October 2025 exercised warrants over a total of 133,500 Ondo ordinary shares of 5p each ("New Ordinary Shares").
New Ordinary Shares have been issued, allotted and admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange under the Company's block listing.
Following this transaction Mr. Wood is now interested in 2,334,652 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.7 per cent of Ondo's issued ordinary share capital.
