Appointment of Senior Independent Director
In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company announces that Wendy Becker has been appointed as Senior Independent Director for the Company with effect from 21 January 2022.
Wendy has been a non-executive Director of the Company since June 2021. She is the Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee.
