Publication of 2025 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc (LSE:ONT), the company delivering a new generation of molecular sensing technology based on nanopores, today announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026.

In compliance with Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("2025 ARA"); and

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 ("2026 AGM Notice").

Printed copies of the 2025 ARA and 2026 AGM Notice, together with the Form of Proxy for use in connection with the 2026 Annual General Meeting, have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies. Electronic copies of the 2025 ARA and 2026 AGM Notice are available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at https://nanoporetech.com/about-us/investors.

The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's offices at Gosling Building, Edmund Halley Road, Oxford Science Park, Oxford, OX4 4DQ at 10:30am on Thursday 4 June 2026. Details including how shareholders can vote by proxy and ask questions in advance of the meeting can be found in the 2026 AGM Notice. The Board encourages all shareholders to submit a proxy vote in advance of the AGM. We recommend voting online via www.shareview.co.uk by logging in, selecting 'View' on the 'My Investments' page and then click on the link to vote and follow the on-screen instructions.
